What to do if your package is marked as delivered but not received?

This is a serious issue. First, check with your security guard or neighbors. If you still can't find it, do not wait. Call our helpline immediately. We will initiate a Proof of Delivery (POD) check with the courier service, which requires the delivery boy to provide signatures or GPS confirmation of the delivery location.

Understanding "Returned to Origin (RTO)" Status

RTO occurs when the delivery attempt fails due to various reasons like wrong address, customer not available, or contact issues. If your package is marked for RTO, call us quickly. While the package is still in the local city hub, we can try to re-route it or prioritize a re-attempt. Once it starts moving back to the origin, it might be too late.
